Another Update

Wow...time flies between posts!! We were very busy during the Christmas and New year period. Chris had holidays from work and during that time we mostly stayed home, relaxed and played with Lucas. Christmas Day was spent with my family, who travelled up from Albany. We had a bbq lunch and ate leftovers for dinner. We also had some of Chris's family come over after Church for coffee and a drink. The Monday public holiday we went up to Joodalup, did some shopping, stopped in at Hillary's and capped off the day with fish and chips at Cottesloe with my family. Then, on the Tuesday everyone aside from Lucas and I went golfing.

New Years Eve was spent with Chris's parents. A pretty quiet and relaxing evening, which was nice after the hecticness of the Christmas weekend :) And on the Monday public holiday we ended up at Fremantle with friends. There we went thru both markets before dinner at Cicerella's and ice cream at Baskin Robbins.

Since then, not much has happened. Chris has gone back to work, and Lucas and I have settled back into daily routine. Pretty boring, but just what babies need!!

And speaking of babies.....my "baby" isn't really a baby anymore!!!! Lucas is 11 months old today, which means that in only a few short weeks he will be 1..........WOW!! This time last year i was on the countdown, and wishing that summer was over, as i really felt the heat....and now.....we are planning the first birthday party!!
